Jaideep Bansal is an Environmental & Social Impact Leader from India and is the CEO at Global Himalayan Expedition (GHE), an award winning social enterprise that is working to bring sustainable development to the remotest communities of India. Till date, GHE has brought solar energy to more than 150 villages, schools and health centres to directly impact the lives of thousands of people across 5 regions in the remotest corners of India.

Winner of the 2020 UN Climate Action Award, GHE’s work of remote rural electrification has been documented by National Geographic, BBC and NDTV to reach out to a worldwide audience and has been internationally recognized and awarded by the WTTC and the World Tourism Awards. The UN-WTO has recognized GHE as one of the successful case studies in sustainable tourism impacting SDG Goal No 7.

Rohant Rammohan, based out of Mumbai, currently leads Product Marketing and commerce for WhatsApp India at Meta. He was previously associated with Meta as an Industry head managing advertising revenue for two key verticals for Meta -Financial Services and Technology. Prior to joining Meta in 2017, Rohant was the Business Head at Zomato. He was part of the core team that set up the delivery business for Zomato.

Rohant has over 15 years of sales, marketing and advertising experience across industries including high growth start-ups, consumer products and telecommunication.

Tushar is the Chief Business Office at BluSmart Mobility, where he is the ‘co-pilot to CEO’ with a focus on org strategy, business planning, people management and governance systems in redefining mobility with EVs and better customer service experience.

Prior to joining Blu Smart, Tushar was at Uber where as an early ops member of the India team, he has played an instrumental role in launching Uber in many cities and managing growth and strategy across different regions. In his last role at Uber, Tushar was leading the operations for the bike taxi category, UberMoto, across India, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka.

Tushar holds an MBA from Indian School Business and an engineering degree from Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.

Aradhana Khowala is CEO & Founder and of Aptamind Partners a strategic hospitality and tourism consulting company advising tourism leaders. She is a passionate advocate for women in leadership and has over 17 years of experience across over 60 countries. In 2014, she was chosen and featured as one of the 50 most influential next generation leaders who will likely define the future of the hospitality industry by Swiss Economic magazine Bilan. She is a regular speaker, moderator and presenter at Tourism Summits and has interviewed heads of state, tourism ministers and CEO’s globally. Aradhana has an MBA from Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne and also read at the Cornell University in New York. She guest-lectures on Tourism and Entrepreneurship at different Universities.

Mridula leads Tata Trusts’ Tourism vertical. She is ’97 batch TAS officer, a graduate from IIM Lucknow and an architect by training. She shifted to the development sector 2 years back after spending 19 years with the Taj Group, her last stint being as head of the Taj Safaris business vertical that went on to win numerous national and international awards. This experience of working with a predominantly tribal workforce that consistently won top honours in guest delight, motivated her to explore tourism’s role as a transformational force in the remote parts of the country. The Tata Trusts Tourism portfolio is currently incubating models focused around responsible and sustainable practices, distributed benefits within the communities with balancing of socio-ecological imperatives in a nurturing eco-system.
